I always love your farmer’s market photos! Our local one opens next weekend and I can’t wait. We have a winter one but it’s almost 30 minutes away, so the local one (5 minutes from home) is where it’s at!
I wish it was farmer’s market time in New Hampshire. Counting down the days until my Asheville, NC move – any recommendations for things to do/see in AVL?
Do you live close to your Market’s? Walking distance? And did you have them where you lived in FL?
(P.S – can you get function on your blog where if you respond it’s emailed to the commenter? KERF recently got it – and it’s nice to know (and remember!) if you answered a question or whatever. No big deal – just wondering!
I’ve never been at all :(…in Canada. Would love to visit – LIVE – in the States one day. Agreed about the FM though – there are a few here – but they’re all far from where I live. They are pricey too surprisingly.
One thing I love so much about living in San Francisco is the year round Farmers Market! I love learning about which fruits and vegetables are in season and understanding the rhythm of the seasons. All of the sights, smells, tastes, and sounds of the FM are remarkable. This one looks particularly beautiful!
Our Farmer’s Market in the Bay Area is also full of amazing items!! I am happy that my saturday stats class (i know, saturday classβ¦) ended today so I can get back to the Farmer’s Market in the mornings!
I don’t comment very often, but I have been reading for a long time….and this post makes me miss Sonoma County so much! Thanks for sharing the pictures….someday I’ll be back π
Can’t wait for the farmers’ markets around me to start setting up the stands and showcasing their goods. Your pictures are like eye-candy!! Happy Sunday π
I love going to the Farmer’s Markets. I have 4 markets within reasonable driving distance (one practically down the street) and it’s so fun to hop around the different markets to see all the different vendors. There’s also such a great energy at the markets. π
