Happy Monday!
I know I’ve talked so much on here about my love for Barre3 online workouts — they really have saved my life this pregnancy! I’ve tried to keep up with doing them three times a week this whole time {now at 36 weeks I find I am slowing down even more but I still try to do them once a week or so!}. There are a few prenatal specific workouts on the site but usually I just do the regular workouts and modify if I need to. I’ve found them all to be extremely pregnancy friendly.
Recently, Sadie Lincoln, the mastermind behind the workouts, wrote a book! I was so excited to get my hands on it and will definitely be using it this summer to shed some of this baby weight!
Two lucky ELR readers will win copies of Sadie’s new book PLUS 15 days of free online workouts! Just in time for bathing suit season, right?

April 14, 2014 at 10:48 amI paid for these when you first posted about them way back when. I never really used them, they just didn’t challenge me. I guess I never knew myself as a high intensity workout kind of girl, but I need something that really kicks my butt. I found that eating clean and doing these workouts didn’t show much of a difference in my weight or figure. I’ve always been an athlete – soccer, softball, track, and I love bikram yoga, so maybe I crave that intense pour of sweat that a good workout gives you. I think this is great for preggo mamas like you and my grandma.
