Cant wait to make this. I’ve been following since before you’re blogging break and thankfully our lives have followed a parallel course with young kiddos because I can’t live without your incredibly accessible amazing recipes. We eat our largest cooked meal of the day at lunch due to my husbands work schedule and share cooking equally, although I do all of the meal planning. After checking the weekly sales flyer, our fridge/pantry/schedule – I check your blog and plan from there. If my husband plans to cook, I just tell him to check your blog and we probably have everything on hand for the most recent posts. I’d be interested in more InstantPot recipes – we love ours. Keep it up and if you ever go for a cookbook and need recipe testers, count us in!
