My 3 year old loved it! I did make mashed potatoes with regular milk and butter, and served it with a side of roasted broccoli and parsnips. It was SO GOOD!!! Also quite good leftover in tacos!!!

I followed the cooking instructions to a T, but had a slight variation in ingredients based on what I had in my fridge. For herbs, I used sage and rosemary – so good! One of my favorite recipes I’ve ever made – my 2 yr old and husband loved it!
