I love pancakes so.much.
I mean, is there any other food that is satisfying, so versatile, so comforting and so tasty? I think not.
Although I love nothing more than making my own homemade pancakes, I also truly appreciate natural wholesome mixes, such as Kodiak Cakes. Today’s stack was topped with almond butter, 2% greek yogurt, blueberries and maple syrup.
Divine. I want to eat the entire plate again.
But, alas, I must go to work instead. Hey, did you see my new Travel page? I also have a Favorite Posts page coming up in the future so stay tuned.

Did you see Caitlin on The Today Show this morning??!

August 5, 2010 at 10:56 amI love pancakes for their versatility too! In winter, sometimes I’ll make pancakes with a bit of curry seasoning and top them with veggies or tomato sauce. Sounds weird, but they’re SO good!
